Reading the Context of Traditional Streets

Picking a street in Chinatown, KL, we observed its physical and non-physical contexts in an attempt to understand its historical value in the eyes of the locals. I attempted to pinpoint that in Jalan Sultan.

Research in Asian Architecture

Gathering from the previous project (1), we chose a street in KL Chinatown to analyze for any issues within. Through literature reviews and group discussions, we attempt to address the salient issues of globalization on Jalan Tun H S Lee.
