Lecturers: Dr. Sujatavani Gunasagaran, Dr. M Tamil Salvi, Mr. Lee Xia Sheng & Ar. Edwin Chan

Tutor: Dr. M Tamil Salvi

This module introduced us to the various adaptations required of a building's design for it to suit its environment. Factors such as climate, sun path, humidity would affect decisions in a building's ventilation system, passive design strategies, shading, ceiling height, light fixtures, etc. More than that, a building should not only adjust to its surroundings and occupants but be worked to benefit them as well.
